What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your email address when you set a price alert, join a waitlist, or submit an estate enquiry, plus any estate name you provide.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics about how pages are used (e.g. page views and performance), to help us improve the product.

We do not knowingly collect special personal information, and Cliquor is intended only for users aged 18 and older.

How we use it

• To send the price-drop alerts and updates you have asked for.
• To respond to estate and trade enquiries.
• To operate, secure and improve the platform.

We rely on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in running the service as the legal basis for processing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and analytics. Some of these providers may process data outside South Africa; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or unsubscribe at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cliquor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
