Donkiesbaai is a small-batch Swartland estate whose name — Afrikaans for Donkey's Bay — nods to the rugged, windswept character of the region. Rooted in the dryland farming traditions of the Western Cape, the estate produces wines that reflect the untamed, sun-baked terroir of Swartland.
